Location: Pan India

1. Site Supervisor

Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities for solar installation projects, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
• Supervise on-site installation & civil work
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Coordinate labour, contractors & material flow
• Report daily progress to Project Manager

2. Fresher - Project Execution

Qualification: Completed Degree/Diploma in BE/B.Tech Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

• Support material & vendor coordination
• Assist in site execution & documentation
• Learn quality & safety compliance in the field

3. 3-Month Internship Opportunities for Students

Internship Details:

• Short-term, on-ground internship for students or recent graduates to gain practical exposure to solar project execution
• Stipend provided
• Shadow site teams during execution
• Exposure to solar systems & site operations
• Assist with reports & site data collection
• Certificate on successful completion

General Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or currently pursuing, for Interns)
• Willingness to travel & work at project sites across PAN India
• Basic knowledge of solar systems & electrical components
• Good communication & problem-solving attitude
