Job Opening: Diploma Trainee

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/ EEE/ ECE/ Automobile/ Civil

Business Group: ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited

Eligibility: 2020 to 2023 passed-out batches

Reporting To: Value Stream Leader (Production HOD)

Main Responsibilities:

• Works as Trainee for a period of 3 years.
• Receives detailed instructions from the Production Team Leader on production-related work at the shop floor.
• Learns to use shop floor concepts, etc.
• Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
• Builds stable working relationships internally.

Main Accountabilities:

• Receives constant instruction, guidance, and direction from others.
• Typically requires a college or university degree providing knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Uses existing procedures to solve routine problems.
• Responsible for Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety.
• Responsible for scheduling and implementing process control and preventive maintenance activities.
• Responsible for process improvements.

Internal Interactions: Quality, Purchase, Logistics, Marketing, PMD, R&D

Location: Ambattur - Chennai

Compensation/Salary:

• During the First year of Training: Rs 14,779
• Other Allowances:
  • Attendance Bonus: Rs 1,500
  • Leave Salary: Rs 450
