Job Description:

Zepto is hiring City Growth Manager

Location: Kochi/Palakkad. Occasional travel to HQ in Bengaluru

Experience: 0-1 year

Qualification: Graduate

Preference: MBA Graduates are Preferred.

Language: Proficient in Malayalam & English

• Manage traffic and conversion metrics at dark store level
• Plan and execute ATLand BTL marketing campaigns for awareness generation
• Collaborate with network design, last mile planning, inventory planning teams to ensure dark store operational hygiene and growth
• Governance of ops metrics: delivery time, complaints, assortment width and availability
• Gather and collate information on ideal new store locations, demand patterns,
competition landscape
• Foster partnerships with local community- shops, businesses, RWAs, colleges for events & festivals
