Y Degree Academy is hiring Video Editor

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Experience: 1-2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: Kakkanad, Kochi

Qualification: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Editing videos for online courses, webinars, and marketing content

• Editing interviews, podcasts, instructor-led sessions, and student testimonials

• Enhancing video footage with advanced editing techniques

• Collaborating with the content team to plan and develop video projects

• Assisting in pre-production and post-production processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia or a related field

• Proven experience in creating video reels, highlights, and long-form YouTube videos

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, or any similar tools

• Skilled in designing social media posters and video thumbnails

• Ability to meet tight deadlines efficiently

• Strong creative vision and exceptional attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of audio editing, color correction, and visual effects (VFX) is preferred
