Xtreme Online Technopark is hiring Customer Support Executive (Freshers)

Eligibility: Freshers Only (Graduates of 2022/2023/2024)

Brief Description:

  • Manage multiple inbound chats, collecting and verifying the necessary information as needed.
  • Recognize both current and potential customer needs, offering suitable solutions to address concerns, qualify leads, and explain relevant services or products that could benefit customers.
  • Address customer issues quickly, professionally, and with a friendly approach.
  • Maintain thorough system documentation and complete assigned tasks.
  • Aim to achieve established metrics for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
