Xpheno is hiring HR Intern

Deputed at client's location

First 3 months take home - 15,000

Upon confirmation - 20,000

Shift - 9 - 6PM IST

Location - Banglore, Pune

Total positions - 11

Qualification - ONLY MBA in HR with 50% marks 2020 or 21 passout

Experience: 0-6 months

Domain - Finance/IT/HR

Duties and responsibilities;

1. End to end recruitmnt based on client requirements
2. MIS
3. Candidate onboarding Coordination
4. Client Coordination
5. Weekly monthly dashboard and reports

Location - Pune /Banglore

Preference:

Candidate should have good command over english language

Candidate should have understanding of basic excel

Candidate should be willing to relocate to either banglore or Pune (no wfh)

Candidate who are intrested in making career in HR shall apply

Converstion to permenant role will be purely based on his/her performance in first 3 months

Selected candidate will be trained on all aspects of HR

Skills: word,outlook,excel,powerpoint

Good to have : knowledge in recruitment and hr procedures

Candidates willing to stay for atleast 1 year may apply
