Requirements:

Analysing and processing various types of requests from overseas clients for managing their accounts in the latest applications.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Ability to learn quickly on own initiative in the relevant applications.

Need good communication skill and basic computer skills.

Ensure that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt response and solutions to their challenges at all times.

Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance at the process.

Keep up with trends and happenings in the industry and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
