Worksent is hiring Technical Support Executive

Location: Infopark, Kochi

Experience: 1-3 years 

Skills:

• Windows & MacOS knowledge
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Basic IT infra (AD, VPN, Servers, DNS)
• 6+ months international voice support preferred
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• IT Helpdesk support (calls, chat, tickets)
• Remote troubleshooting & ticket updates
