It is our fresher's hiring program to attract the best of 2021 and 2022 engineering graduates across the country.

 

Qualification:

• B.E./B. Tech (Compulsory degree)
• M.E./M. Tech (5-year integrated course)

• Full-time course recognized by the Central/State Government of India; No part-time or correspondence or distance learning education in degree, 10th or 12th

  - All branches except Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Agriculture and Food Technology
  - Year of passing: 2021 or 2022
  - One backlog is allowed till the Offer stage - 60% or 6.0 CGPA or equivalent as per your university guidelines

• 10th standard: 60% or above
• 12th standard: 60% or above

Age limit: 25

Last date to apply: May 22, 2022
Online assessment: May 21 - June 5, 2022

Compensation per annum: INR 3.5 lakh p.a

Designation: Project Engineer

Service agreement: 12 months @75,000 INR on Pro rata basis

Additional criteria

• One backlog is allowed at the time of Assessment Stage
• Max 3 years of gap in education allowed (10th to graduation)
• Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last six months are not eligible
• You should be an Indian citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country
• Bhutan and Nepal nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate
• Candidates are eligible for re-registration, only after 90 days or 3 months from the prior online assessment given. However we are inviting candidates for the online assessment at Wipro's Discretion.

 Eligibility criteria

• 10th Standard: Pass
• 12th Standard: Pass
• Graduation – 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above as applicable by the University guidelines

• Bachelor of Science- B.Sc. Eligible Streams-Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics and Physics

Other Criteria

• Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only
• One Backlog is allowed at the time of Assessment Stage
• The onboarding will be subject to all backlogs being clear. Candidates are expected to clear the backlogs along with 6th semester.
• Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as one subject in Graduation.
• Business Maths & Applied Maths will NOT be considered as Core Mathematics in Graduation.
• Maximum of 3 years of education gap, if any, is allowed between 10th and graduation.
• No Gaps are allowed in Graduation. Graduation should be completed within 3 years from start of graduation.
• Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country.
• Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
•  Candidates who have completed 3 months cool off period from the previous assessment will be invited to the test process.

 Stipend Details

 Period: (INR Per Month)

1st Year STIPEND: 15,000 + 488 (ESI) + Joining Bonus of 75k

2nd Year STIPEND: 17,000 +533 (ESI)

3rd Year STIPEND: 19,000 + 618 (ESI)

Fourth Year: 23,000

Merge Bonuses for the 1st 3 years post completion of the M.Tech degree.

Post the completion of the program, designation will be Senior Project Engineer and compensation will range from INR 6,00,000 P.A onwards depending on performance.

Selection process

Every eligible candidate must go through below online assessment, below details appended for your reference.

Round 1 - Online Assessment

Online Assessment (80 minutes) comprising of 4 sections:

• Verbal- 20 mins- 20 questions
• Analytical-20 mins-20 questions
• Quantitative – 20 Mins - 20 questions
• Written Communication Test (20 mins)

Round 2 - Business discussion

Service Agreement

On joining, candidates would be required to sign a service agreement for 60 months

Last date to apply is May 25, 2022 (Test on :28, 29th or 11,12)

Online assessment to be completed by June 30, 2022

Compensation per annum

• First-year stipend: INR 12,400 per month
• Second-year stipend: INR 15,488 per month

Service Agreement:

The agreement period is of 48 months from the date of joining. The candidate will be liable to pay a sum of INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis if he/she leaves the organization before the completion of 48 months for breaching the service agreement.

Additional criteria:

• Maximum of 3 years of education gap, if any, is allowed between 10th and graduation.
• No gaps are allowed during graduation. The degree should be completed within 3 years from the start of the course.
• Education should be regular full-time in 10th, 12th & graduation recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
• Candidates with part-time, correspondence or distance learning in either 10th or 12th or graduation are not eligible.
• Maximum of one backlog till the assessment process is allowed. The offer will be subject to all backlogs being cleared at the time of offer.
• Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card in the event of holding a passport of any other country.
• Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
• Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible.
