Wipro is hiring B.Com Graduates

WADiC - Wipro Academy for Digital Consulting, is looking for bright and Tech Savvy candidates from B’com – Computer Applications for the Techno Functional Role. You will be hired under the WADiC program.  This program (WADiC) is an initiative to enable B Com Computer Applications graduates to gain industry exposure and real-time practical experience working on live projects. This program helps BCom CA graduates to hone their techno-functional skills in the ever-evolving world of Information Technology

Candidates hired under the WADiC program will get an opportunity to pursue Master of Business Administration (MBA) program offered by a Premier Institute, along with your full-time work experience with Wipro.

Qualification:

•Graduation in B. Com (Computer Applications) with 50% or 5.0 CGPA or its equivalent

•Year of passing: 2020, 2021, 2022

•10th standard: 50% or above

•12th standard: 50% or above

Full-time course recognized by the Central/State Government of India. Candidates with part-time or correspondence or distance learning education in graduation, 12th or 10th are not eligible.

One backlog is allowed till the Offer stage. The offer will be subject to all backlogs being cleared at the time of offer.

 

Evaluation process:

Step 1: Online test: Aptitude test for verbal, analytical & quantitative ability. Duration of each section: 20 mins, Written communication. Duration: 20 mins

Step 2: Business discussion round: This round is conducted by a panel of subject matter experts from the project team

Compensation: First-year stipend: INR 15,488 per month, Second-year stipend: INR 17,533 per month, Third-year stipend: INR 19,618 per month

Service agreement: 36 months from the joining date. The candidate will be liable to pay a sum of INR 1,40,000 on a pro-rata basis if he/she leaves the organization before 36 months for breaching the service agreement
