Job Description:

Wipro is hiring Red Hat Linux Support Engineer: Level 2

Requirements:

• Candidates should not have any arrears in their graduation.

• Applicants must have at least 1 Red Hat Certification.

• Minimum of 2-4 years administration experience on multiple variants of Linux.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in building kickstart setup for automated installation.

• Experience in Linux system services such as DNS, NFS, Samba, Syslog, DHCP, NIS, NTP, Apache/Tomcat etc.

• Strong knowledge about account and file system management activities.

• Experience in package management via RPM, Yum and Tarball.

• Experience in configuration of Tool such as, Satellite - RHEL Server management

• Expertise in OS hardening, performance and kernel tuning.

• Basic Knowledge on Storage, Networking and backup devices.

• Knowledge on Any Mail application like Qmail or Postfix.

• Knowledge of Cluster Administration.

• Basic Knowledge on Virtualization.

Location: Chennai, Mumbai, Ahmedabad

Qualification: BTech, MTech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc- CS/IT
