Wipro hiring freshers 2022 for WILP (Work Integrated Learning Program)

Work Integrated Learning Program 2022 (WILP 2022) is a unique learning-integrated program which offers BCA and BSc students a chance to build a remarkable career at Wipro, while pursuing their higher education in M.Tech from a premier educational institution in India, sponsored by Wipro.

Eligibility: 10th, 12th- pass, Graduation- 60% or 6.0 CGPA or equivalent as per their university guidelines

Only full time education allowed, Correspondence & distance learning not allowed

Maximum of 1 active backlog till the interview stage

Year Of Passing- 2022 only- maximum 3 years of GAP in education allowed (10th to graduation). No GAPS are allowed in Graduation period. Graduation should be completed within 3 years from the start of Graduation.

Qualification: BCA, BSC- Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics & Physics

Selection Process- Online Test Assessment, Business Round

Compensation: 1st year- INR 15000 + 488 (ESI), 2nd year- INR 17000 + 553 (ESI), 3rd year- INR 19000 + 618 (ESI), 4th year- INR 23000

Service Agreement- Agreement period is 60 months from the joining date. The candidates will be liable to pay a sum of INR 75000 on pro rata basis if leaves the organization before 5 years for breaching the service agreement
