WeMart Hypermarket is hiring E Commerce Manager

Location: Ernakulam

Experience: 1- 3 Years of Experience in E-Commerce Operations, Preferably in Retail (Hypermarket).

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Related Field.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and update the online store with accurate product details, pricing and smooth navigation.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints quickly and professionally through digital channels.
• Plan and run online promotions and campaigns with the marketing team.
• Monitor website traffic and sales and share reports with management.
• Keep all online content current and consistent with brand standards.
• Work with IT or developers to fix issues and improve the website.

Preference: Candidates Must Be Based in Ernakulam.
