Webotix is hiring Junior Business Analyst

Location: Kochi, Kerala (On-site)

Experience: 1-2 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather & Analyze Business Requirements
• Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories & Use Cases
• Create Process Flows & Basic Wireframes
• Collaborate with Clients, Stakeholders, Developers & QA Teams
• Support Agile Ceremonies & Backlog Refinement
• Assist in UAT & Perform Basic Testing
• Ensure Documentation, Traceability & Issue Resolution
• Prepare Reports, Presentations & Project Documentation

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or Related Field

Skills:

• Knowledge of SDLC & Agile/Scrum
• Experience in BRD, FRD, User Stories & Use Cases
• Process Mapping (Draw.io) & Wireframing (Figma)
• Basic Testing & UAT Knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Zoho or Similar Applications is an Advantage
