Responsible for N2N recruitment cycle

Sourcing-Calling-Interview Lineup-Documentation till joining

Sourcing & calling up potential candidates and screen them through preliminary interviews

Submission of suitable resumes scheduling their interviews

Creating database for manpower mapping  

Skills:
