Job Description:

WebCastle Media Pvt Ltd is hiring Business Analyst.

*Capture the customers’ requirements and translate them into software requirements for the development team

* Document business, user, functional and non-functional requirements

* Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure that the scope and requirements are clear

*Create internal design documentation including context, workflow and network diagrams.

 Pre-sales support

* Actively participate in the pre-sales process

* Attend meetings with prospective clients to determine functional and business

requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to proposing a

solution

* Define the project scope for effort estimation and costing

* Ability to understand technical requirements during meetings with prospects, will be desirable

* Work closely with the customer during the delivery phase to clarify the scope, report progress

*Work closely with the development team during the delivery phase to coordinate the development progress

* Manage client relationship including expectation management

*Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping

colleagues updated on activities
