WebCardio is hiring Technical Assistant (Field Work)

Location: Trivandrum & Kottayam

Qualifications: High School / Diploma

Experience: 0 to 1 years

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support to customers, visiting them at their homes or specified locations.
• Assist customers in configuring and synchronizing mobile applications with their devices for optimal functionality.
• Establish a positive rapport with customers, addressing their concerns, and explaining technical solutions clearly.
• Analyse and troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers, providing effective solutions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
• Stay updated on the company's products, software updates, and patches to provide informed support to customers.
• Educate customers on best practices for using the company's products and services to prevent future technical issues.
• Travel to customer locations and ensure support.
• Payment collection from customers if any & deposit to company account.
• Contribute to and maintain the documentation requirements according to the Quality Management System.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
