Job description:

Initiate telephone calls to US insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions.

Manage A/R accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.

Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project

Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.

Must possess good communication skill with neutral accent.

Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.

Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.(Mon-Fri)

Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.

 

Training & Monthly Stipend:

First Month – Rs.8,000/- : Pure Training section- Each week there will be an assessment test, which plays a vital role.

Second & Third Month – R.s10,000/- each - candidate will be moved to production floor gradually target starts.

After successful completion of 3 months Graduation certificate will be provided.

OJT phase: After assessment in 4 main areas viz. Production, Quality , Attendance and PKT [Process Knowledge Test] moves to Rs.12,000/- stipend.

4th, 5th & 6th month – Rs.12,000/- Stipend.

7th Month – After assessment, Designation changes to “AR Associate” & Salary [with ESI & PF] moves to Rs.18,000/- ctc.

13th Month - After assessment and detailed check on performance there would be salary appraisal. Depends on performance salary can be from 18000 ctc to 25000 ctc. The salary scale will be decided --- Based on the scores of the assessment in 4 main areas – Production, Quality, Attendance and PKT [Process Knowledge Test] and Feedback from their reporting Supervisors/TL or Managers. Then on it will be Yearly appraisal from this date.

Terms and conditions:

Compulsory 2 years work commitment is required. Bonded period -2yrs (Can continue service after 2yrs also) is deemed as consideration for the stipendiary-training imparted by the company.
Selected candidate should submit an undated signed a/c payee cheque for Rs.25,000/-, towards 2 year commitment, which will be cancelled and handed over to the candidate after successful completion of said 2 yrs period. Breach of the said commitment at any point of time within the period of 2 years, the company is at liberty to present and appropriate the cheque amount.
