Job Description:

Wave Online Infoway is hiring AR Associate Trainee (RCM US Healthcare - Voice Process)

Experience: Freshers

Shift: Night Shift 

Working Hours: 7:00 pm - 4:00 am

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Eagerness to learn
• Willingness to work in the US Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze outstanding insurance claims
• Follow up with insurance companies via calls and online portals to check claim status
• Identify, investigate, and resolve claim denials and rejections
• Work on aged receivables to improve collections
• Maintain accurate documentation of claim follow-ups
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members when required
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies

Salary & Career Progression:

• First 2 Months (Training Period): ₹12,000/month Stipend

• After Successful Training: ₹16,000/month Stipend

• After 6 Months: ₹20,000/month Stipend (Based on Performance)

• After 1 Year: Transition to Full-Time Employee

CTC: ₹2.2 LPA - ₹3.6 LPA (₹22,000 - ₹30,000/month equivalent), based on individual performance and appraisal
