Minimum Criteria for Applying

Minimum Aggregate: 60% or CGPA 6.32 on a scale of 10

1. BE/B.Tech/BSc (Physics/Chemistry)/Integrated MSc/BS-MS/Integrated MTech

• Should have completed 4th semester at the time of applying
• Marks up to previous semester

2. ME/M.Tech/MSc

• Should have completed 1st semester at the time of applying
• Mark of Qualifying Degree (BE/B.Tech/BSc)

3. PhD

• Course work completed
• Mark of Qualifying Degree (ME/M Tech/MSc/BE/B Tech or equivalent)

Internship Duration:

• Minimum 21 days
• Maximum 45 days

Stipend: No stipend/remuneration/financial assistance will be provided by VSSC/ISRO during the internship period.

General Instructions for Internship Applicants

1. The candidate should be a citizen of India.

2. Students who have pursued or pursuing courses in the disciplines of Science/Technology relevant to DoS/ISRO Programmes alone will be considered.

3. The number of students selected for internship may vary due to facility constraints. It is the prerogative of VSSC to accept/reject the application.

4. Due to large number of applications, it may not be possible to accommodate all applicants. Candidates are advised to identify other organizations as an alternative.

5. A student will be allowed to pursue only one internship for each degree course.

6. Internship is permitted only at the Unclassified Areas of VSSC/ISRO.

7. Eligibility for applying is an aggregate mark of minimum 60% or CGPA 6.32 on a scale of 10.

8. Internship is offered to students from a recognized University/Institution (India/Abroad) who are:

   • Enrolled and pursuing regular on-campus courses

   • Completed course as a regular on-campus student within six months prior to the opening date of the application window
