Location: Infopark, Kochi

Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and possesses strong communication and analytical skills. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing within the software industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:
   Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
2. Social Media Management:
   Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze social media metrics.
3. Email Marketing:
   Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting emails, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign performance. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize email content and strategies.
4. SEO and SEM:
   Assist in optimizing website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
   Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
   Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
6. Market Research:
   Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to contribute insights to the marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
