Voxtron Infopark is hiring Functional Consultant - Trainee

Required Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
• Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking and a deep understanding of business processes.
• Technical Awareness: Basic computer literacy with a genuine interest in ERP systems and business software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training: Participate in programs to master Odoo ERP modules and business workflows.
• Analysis: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting specific client requirements.
• Configuration: Support the setup of Odoo modules to align with client business processes.
• Collaboration: Work with technical and development teams to ensure project delivery.
• Testing & Support: Conduct software testing, provide user training, and offer post-implementation support.
• Documentation: Prepare functional manuals, training materials, and comprehensive user guides.
• Coordination: Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
