Voxforem Technologies Is Hiring Telesales Associate

Brief description :

We are passionately looking for enthusiastic and challenging executives to join our team. 

Responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota. 

Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering

Respond to customer requests over the telephone, emails, and chats.

Maintain excellent levels of quality, quantity, and customer satisfaction scores

Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities

Meet productivity, quality, and sales targets consistently.

Escalate situations in an appropriate manner and coordinate with supervisors for swift resolutions.

Preferred skills

. A neutral accent in English (without any MTI - Mother Tongue Influence)

. Excellent verbal and written skills in English

. Willingness to work at night shifts (US Shift from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am)

. 1-month process training will be provided
