Job Description:

Voxforem Technologies is hiring Telesales Associate.

Brief description :

• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering

• Respond to customer requests over the telephone, emails, and chats.

• Maintain excellent levels of quality, quantity, and customer satisfaction scores

• Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities

• Meet productivity, quality, and sales targets consistently.

• Escalate situations in an appropriate manner and coordinate with supervisors for swift resolutions.

Must-Have:

• A neutral accent in English (without any MTI - Mother Tongue Influence)

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English

• Problem-solving skills

• Excellent Telesales knowldge

• Bachelors (required)

• Willingness to work at night shifts (US Shift from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am)
