Job Description:

Vishnu Bhavan is hiring IT Executive

Experience: 3-5 year of experience in IT/system admin, preferably in SAP environments.

Qualification: Bachelor's in IT/computer Science or equivalent.

Certifications preferred: SAP B1/S4 HANA Admin, CCNA, Comp TIA Security + Microsoft Certified Administrator.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage SAP Business One and S/4 HANA operations, user role and troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT infrasturcture - servers, desk, printers, and networks.
• Ensure IT security through audits, backups, and access control.
• Provide user support, handle tickets and train staff.
• Plan and execute IT improvements, upgrades, and vendor coordination.

Skills:

• Strong SAP system knowledge and network expertise.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and backup systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Performance Indicators:

• SAP uptime and resolution turnaround.
• System security compliance.
• IT support efficiency and user satisfaction.
