Qualification:

• MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) - Preferred
• Any Degree with Relevant Hospital Experience May Also Apply

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Hospital Insurance & Billing

Requirements:

• Experience in Insurance Claims, Pre-Authorizations, and TPA Processes
• Strong Knowledge of Hospital Billing Procedures

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office and Hospital Information System (HIS)
• Excellent Communication, Documentation, and Analytical Skills
• Attention to Detail and Ability to Work Under Deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Insurance Claims, Pre-Authorizations, and Patient Billing
• Coordinate with TPAs and Insurance Companies
• Verify Insurance Eligibility and Ensure Timely Claim Submission
• Maintain Billing Records and Prepare Reports
• Ensure Compliance with Hospital and Insurance Guidelines
