Job Description:

Vimala Hospital is hiring Finance Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Finance
• M.Com or MBA Finance (Higher Qualification is an Added Advantage)

Experience: Minimum 4 Years in Finance Management

Preference: Healthcare Experience Preferred

System Knowledge:

• Tally ERP/Tally Prime
• MS Office
• MS Excel

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee All Financial Operations, Planning, and Budgeting
• Ensure Accuracy in Accounts, Cash Flow, and Financial Reporting
• Strengthen Internal Controls and Ensure Compliance with Policies and Regulations
• Manage Vendor Payments, Payroll, and Statutory Filings
• Monitor Collections, Receivables, and Improve Financial Efficiency
• Prepare MIS Reports and Provide Actionable Financial Insights
• Coordinate Internal, External, and Statutory Audits
• Ensure Compliance with GST, TDS, and Other Statutory Regulations

Skills:

• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
• Proven Ability to Manage Finance Functions Independently
• Excellent Knowledge of Hospital Billing and Finance Processes
• High Attention to Detail with a Proactive Approach
• Good Communication and Team Management Skills
