Vedantu is hiring HRBP Intern (Freshers)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Working Hours: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm (Indian Standard Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for teacher recruitment.
• Obtain job descriptions from hiring managers and actively source profiles based on requirements.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Regular follow-up with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness in the recruitment process.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are logged and tracked.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
