Job description:

* Will be primary interface for Business-to-Business customers

* Associate will be responsible for timely and accurate support to customers with a strong focus on high standard for the role.

* Contribute to a team environment while adhering to service level agreements for Phone cases.

* Demonstrates end to end ownership of every interaction coupled with proactive problem solving and provides exceptional support to customers.

* Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
