Job Role: ​Associate II - Cloud Infrastructure Services

​Skills Required: 

​• Minimum 2 years of Service Desk Experience is a must.

• Flexible to 24/7 service environment.

• Your ITIL certification and experience is a plus.

• Your exposure to ActiveDirectory and Identity Managed Principles is preferred.
