Job Position: Learner Success - Executive / Senior executive

Job Code: Sales - SELS - Jan 24

Qualification: Any UG degree or BBA, MBA Preferred

Compensation / Budget: Up to 5 LPA (fixed) + Benefits + Incentives

Location: USDC, Bengaluru

No of vacancies : 30

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Support:

• Provide guidance and support to learners throughout their academic journey. 
• Assist in resolving any issues or challenges faced by students.

2. Retention Strategies:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance student retention and engagement
• Monitor student progress and identify potential areas of concern.

3. Communication:

• Maintain open and effective communication channels with students.
• Collaborate with instructors, administrators, and other support teams.

4. Problem Resolution:

• Address and resolve administrative challenges faced by learners.
• Act as a liaison between students and other departments within the institution

5. Feedback Collection:

• Conduct surveys or interviews to understand student needs and preferences

Reporting Relationship: AVP- Sales

Working Days: 6 days

Work Time: 9:00AM to 6:00PM (as per Business needs)
