Job Positions :

Management Trainee - Logistics

Role :

Manage fleet operations with a focus on timely delivery and profitability. Vendor (truck manufacturers, service centres/ mechanics, fuel suppliers) relations and manpower (drivers) management including recruitment, training, retaining and payments

Reporting : MD

Eligibility : MBA (Preferably specialized in operations management or logistics)

Management Trainee - Corporate Marketing

Role :

Spearhead marketing/brand initiatives including branding, communications, be a custodian of brand assets and loyalty programs.

Reporting : MD

Eligibility : MBA -Marketing

Management Trainee - HBM Sales

 

Role :

Regularly engage with existing B2B clients and ensure regular flow of business. Please note this is not a full time field job but will involve frequent visits as a part of managing existing customer base and developing business.

Reporting : GM- Cement Division

Eligibility : MBA -Marketing

Probation period: 6 months

Stipend: INR 15,000 per month

Confirmation subject to satisfactory performance during probation. Salary to revised post probation period.
