Job Description:

URBX Group is hiring Librarian For an Education Industry

Location: Kochi

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Librarian
• Experience in an educational institution preferred

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Library & Information Science (B.Lib/M.Lib)

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠Manage day-to-day library operations and services
• Organize, catalog, and classify books, journals, digital resources, and reference materials
• Assist students and faculty in locating and using library resources
• Maintain accurate records of book issue, return, and inventory
• Ensure a quiet, safe, and student-friendly library environment
• Plan and implement library rules, policies, and schedules

Requirement:

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with library management systems and MS Office
• Attention to detail and discipline enforcement abilities
• Interest in reading, research, and academic support

Salary: 20,000 to Rs.30,000
