Tutorwaves Solutions,Kottayam is hiring Tech Support Executive

▶️Education: Graduate (BCA/B.Sc in CS) or Diploma in Computer science & networking

 

▶️Experience: 1~5 years as resident Techsupport or on-site Techsupport for corporate

 

⭕Skills – mandatory:

▶️Computer hardware /networking - knowledge in maintenance, configuring & setting up 

new networks. 

▶️Remote system support exposure for customers across geographies

 

▶️Good Customer communication skill to identify customers issues and effectively 

resolves issues with right communication level.

▶️Know how to repair First level issues for PC’s or network issues.

▶️Vendor communication & Management

▶️Fluency in English

 

⭕ Skills - desirable :*

▶️VOIP exposure with both hardware and softphones. 

▶️MIS reports generation & reporting. 

▶️System Audit processes

▶️Experience in Photoshop and webpage designs 

▶️Knowledge & updated of latest trends and products in the IT industry
