About YUVA Program:

The Yuva program provides a platform for young and fresh minds through a selection process to get trained in different departments in the Sales and Marketing function over a period of 12 to 24 months. Based on their performance, students will be absorbed as regular employees during the course of training.

Position: Project Executive (during YUVA Training)

Qualification: MBA Marketing with BE Mechanical as UG

Criteria: 6 + 0 Backlog

Location: Pan India

Compensation: 5.5 LPA

Program Details:

• Selected candidates from the 2023/2024 batch will undergo a selection process.
• Hired candidates will initially join in Chennai and will be rotated across various locations in India during the training period.
• Shortlisted candidates will go through an online aptitude test as part of the initial screening process.
