Open Positions:

1. Sales - Officer/Asst. Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and expand the customer base
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Understand client needs and promote suitable insurance products
• Achieve sales targets and support overall business growth

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at relationship building

2. Claims - Officer/Asst. Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end health insurance claims processing
• Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, hospitals, and clients for claim updates
• Verify documents, review claim eligibility, and ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of pending claims
• Provide clear communication and support to clients regarding claim status

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in health claims handling
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
• Knowledge of insurance processes and TPA coordination is a plus
