Job Description:

1. Key Task / Activities

• Briefing of walk in customers about Vehicles information
• Tele calling Daily Basis –Sales Call/ Enquiry Generation
• Organize Demo/Test drive
• Handing over of documents related to Insurance & RTO.
• Issue quotation and follow up
• Provide Finance Assistance to customer
• knowledge Update Product /Company
• Update walk-in Register
• 100% TAB Utilization/ CRM process
• Promote Accessory sales
• Maintain Sales Kit

2. Key Accountabilities : -

• Conversion of show room enquiries
• Accessory Sale
• Customer Satisfaction levels

3. Person Specifications, including Competencies

• Degree in any discipline
• 2-3years’ exp in an automobile dealership.
• Proficiency in local language.
• Customer friendly disposition
• Good Communicator
• Good coordinator
