Open Positions:

1. Visa Consultant

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in visa consulting, travel, immigration, or a related field preferred

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple applications and meet deadlines

2. Operations Associate

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in operations, administration, travel, visa processing, or a related field preferred

Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Location: Hilite Business Park, Calicut

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Details:

• Visa Consultant: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (+ incentives)
• Operations Associate: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (+ incentives)

Key Responsibilities:

• Visa Consultant: Conduct consultations, assess eligibility, review client documents, handle queries, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with visa processing regulations
• Operations Associate: Manage day-to-day operations, verify/organize documents, update client records, coordinate with internal teams, and monitor application timelines
