Tech Mahindra is hiring Customer Support Associates

Job Role: Customer Support Associate (Malayalam Voice Process - Telecom)

No. of Vacancies: 50 Positions

Minimum Qualification: HSC/Diploma/Any Degree

Languages Required: Malayalam & English

Work Timing (Rotational Shift & Week Off):

• Male: 6:00 am to 12:00 am (Any 9 hours based on requirements)
• Female: 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (Any 9 hours based on requirements)

Transport: Drop provided for shifts ending after 10:00 pm

Work Type: Work from Office

Salary Structure:

• 1st Month: ₹14,000 + ₹3,000 = ₹17,000
• 3rd Month: ₹14,000 + ₹3,000 = ₹17,000
• 6th Month: ₹14,000 + ₹4,000 = ₹18,000

Travel Reimbursement: Up to ₹1,000 for travel tickets to the Chennai office
