Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring for its Internship Programs.

About TCS Internship Programs:

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) offers Internship Programs in India, including Research-Focused Opportunities and International Internships through AIESEC. These are designed for Students and Early career learners to gain real industry experience and develop professional skills.

Internship Programme Details:

1. AIESEC Internship (ACE Career Development Program)

This is TCS’s Global Internship Program in partnership with AIESEC (An International Youth Leadership Organization). It’s known as the ACE Career Development Program - “Accelerate, Connect, & Experience.”

Key Points:

• TCS is a Global Exchange Partner of AIESEC.
• The program supports career growth and international experience for interns.
• Offers internships to candidates from various countries (non-Indian citizens as part of the ACE program).
• Works on diverse roles including HR, IT support, analysis, software development, and more depending on position applied

Eligibility (ACE):

1. Between 18 - 30 years old
2. Graduate with strong oral and written communication skills in English and preferably one other language
3. Excellent knowledge and academic background in the area of internship (Major and Minor)
4. Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in the area of internship
5. Non-Indian citizenship

Benefits of ACE program:

• Monthly stipend and other benefits (often yearly equivalent ~ Rs. 7.87 lakh reported).

2. Research Internship

TCS also runs Research-Oriented Internships, mainly aimed at students and graduates involving R&D work in an industrial research environment.

Eligibility:

• Final-year students or postgraduates/doctorate candidates (PhD, MS, MTech, final-year BE/BTech) with interest in research.
• Students from related fields like computer science, psychology, sociology, economics, etc., with strong academic profiles.

Internship Duration: 6-8 Weeks (Short Term) & 16-18 Weeks (Long Term)

Internship Responsibilities:

• Define research problems and design solutions.
• Create R&D assets, prototypes, and apply large-scale data.
• Conduct literature surveys and proofs of concept.
• Learn emerging technologies and publish findings in top conferences/journals.

Note: For Research Internships, applicants are expected to have strong academic records and a passion for R&D.
