Job Description:

TCS hiring HR PG, MBA freshers

Year of pass: 2019, 2020, 2021

Eligible Qualifications:
MBA (HR),MHRM, Masters of Arts in HRM,
Masters of Social Work in HRM,
Masters of Management Studies in HRM,
Post Graduate Degree / Diploma - HRM

Age: A candidate should meet the below specified age criteria at the time of being put through the TCS selection process: Minimum age – 18 years and Maximum age - 28 years.

Course: Only Full-time courses will be considered. Part Time/Correspondence courses will not be considered.

Open Schooling: Students who have completed their Class Xth &/or Class XIIth through NIOS are eligible

Percentage: Minimum aggregate (aggregate of all subjects in all semesters) marks of 60% or above in the in each of Class Xth, Class XIIth, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and/or Post-Graduation examination which includes successful completion of final year/semester.

Backlogs: No Backlogs will be permitted only at the time of appearing for the TCS Selection process. If selected, no pending backlogs will be permitted at the time of joining TCS. All pending backlogs should be completed within the stipulated time duration.

Gap in Education: Break in education should not be due to extended education. Any break in education/work experience should not exceed 30 months and is permissible only for valid reasons. Relevant document proof, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education. It is mandatory for all candidates to declare the gaps/arrears/backlogs, if any, during the academic and/or work experience.

Work Experience: No work experience will be considered. A candidate with more than 2 years of work experience should not be permitted to participate in the TCS Selection process.

 

Candidates who have applied to TCS and who have not been successful in clearing the TCS Selection process are not eligible to re-apply to TCS within six months from the date on which the candidate had attended such selection test and/or interview. Candidates would not eligible to appear for the TCSL selection process within six months of the previous unsuccessful attempt.

Registration: 

It is mandatory for all students to register on the TCS Careers portal under ‘IT’ section and generate DT/CT reference id 

Note – Kindly keep your TCS Reference ID (DT/CT) number handy before you move to the next step. (ignore the below steps If you have already generated TCS Reference ID on NextStep Portal).

STEPS TO REGISTER & CREATE THE CT/DT REFERENCE NUMBER:

Step # 1: Log On to https://nextstep.tcs.com/campus/#/

Step # 2: Click on Register now

Step # 3: Select IT - Information Technology

Step # 4: Fill up the Registration Form and Submit

Step # 5: CT/DT Id gets generated. Note it.

Step # 6: Click on "Application Form"

Step # 7: Complete Filling your Application Form

Step # 8: Click on "Check Status" - The status should be "Application received"
