TCS BPS is hiring Arts , Commerce & Science graduates

Qualification:

Full-time Graduates from BCom, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, B.Sc, BCA, BCS-2021 & 2022 Year of Passing

Documents to Carry for the Walk-In Drive (Original Documents):

1. Latest passport size photograph-1

2. TCS Application Form (to be downloaded from https://nextstep.tcs.com/campus/#/)

3. Resume

4. Government Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License/ Passport/Voter ID)

5. 10th Marksheet and Passing Certificate

6. 12th Marksheet and Passing Certificate

7. Graduation all semester/ all year-wise Marksheets 8. Graduation Degree Certificate/ Provisional Degree Certificate/ Course Completion Certificate

(Please note that we do check the eligibility criteria at multiple stages during the selection process. If discrepancies found at any stage will lead to disqualification of your candidature)

Role and Work Timings (Shift Working):

Role: Back Office Operations (Data Processing) - The job involves data processing transactions.

Work Timings: The role involves working in a 24x7 environment which requiresn working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Registration in TCS Nextstep Portal is mandatory to complete the application process under TCS BPS Hiring.

Step 1. Log on to the TCS Next Step Porta

Step 2. Register and apply for the TCS BPS Hiring process

- Scenario A: In case you already have TCS Reference ID (CT/DT reference number), please

log on to TCS Next Step Portal (click https://nextstep.tcs.com/campus/#/) and complete the application form and submit.

- Scenario B: If you are a new user, please log on to TCS Next Step Portal (click https://nextstep.tcs.com/campus/#/). Click on 'Register Now', choose category as 'BPS", register and create your TCS Reference ID (CT/DT reference number). Login with the TCS Reference ID (reference number) and proceed to fill your details and submit your application form

Step 3. To confirm your status, check "Track Your Application". The status should reflect as 'Application Received'

In both the above scenarios please ensure the following four sections of your application form is filled and submitted. A) Personal Details B) Academic and Work Experience Details C) Other Details D) Application Form Preview and Details

Eligibility Criteria:

• Courses & Discipline: 2021 and 2022 Year of Passing Graduates from Arts, Commerce & Science

Streams. BCom, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, BSc, BCS, BCA from a recognized university/college.

 Only Full-time courses (10th, 12th & Graduation) are considered. However, if you have completed your Secondary (Std. X) and/or Senior Secondary (Std. XII) course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling), you would be considered

 Students with 60% and above throughout in academics (10th, 12th & Graduation) will be directly put through the Interview process

 Students with less than 60% in academics must go through two rounds of selection process (Inter- view & Test)

Highest Qualification: Candidates should have completed the course in the stipulated course dura- tion (i.e., No extended education-3 years course should have been completed in the stipulated three years' time)

Backlogs/Arrears / ATKT: Candidates should NOT have any backlogs at the time process.

Gap / Break in Education: It is mandatory to declare gaps in education if any in the TCS Application Form. Overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until highest qualification. Relevant docu- ment proof, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education

• Work Experience: As this role is for 'Entry Level Requirement', students are not expected to have any prior experience.

If Experience, if any should not be more than 3 months post completing the Graduation Age: Candidates should meet the specified age criteria at the time of TCS selection

process. Minimum age - 18 years and maximum age - 28 years
