Job Description:

Swissnex India is hiring IT & Administration Manager

Experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in computer science or a related technical discipline.
   
• 5 to 10 years of relevant IT/industry work experience
   
• Excellent technical knowledge of both Apple as well as Windows operating systems, and are well-versed in project management, accounting, customer relations management, databases and ticketing tools.
   
• Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting.
   
• Good research skills, including the ability to identify and propose solutions to technical issues.
   
• Experience in training colleagues on a variety of IT tools and applications
   
• Possess an intimate understanding of Bengaluru's geography, neighbourhoods and intricate web of vendors, demonstrating a keen familiarity with the city's dynamic ecosystem.
   
• Fluency in Kannada and Hindi, ensuring effective communication and engagement with local stakeholders and communities.
   
• You are either an Indian citizen or hold a regular work permit
