1. Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and online sales efficiently
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge preferred

Location: Kochi

2. Stock Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical stock verification across stores and warehouses
• Prepare audit reports and maintain records in Excel
• Requires frequent travel across locations

Experience: Freshers can apply; training will be provided

Location: Kochi

3. Service In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate after-sales service operations
• Handle a team of Service Advisors and ensure timely reports
• Excel knowledge and accurate reporting required

Location: Kochi

4. Showroom Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist in product selection
• Ensure an excellent in-store experience to Customers
