Job Description:
Stepping Stone Solutions is hiring Technical Support Specialist
Location: Kochi
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
Educational Background:
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
Certifications:
- HDI certifications such as Customer Service Representative (CSR), Support Centre Analyst (SCA), and Knowledge Centre Support (KCS) are desirable.
- ITIL v3 Foundations or Microsoft certifications are desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using Windows OS, Office 2010, Acrobat X, Internet Explorer 11, Chrome, and other browsers.
- Experience with VPN clients and Citrix clients is preferred.
- Experience in applications support, including validating reported issues, testing fixes, and collaborating with developers or vendors to provide timely resolutions.
- Experience in user acceptance testing or applications testing is helpful.
