SPS Training Academy is hiring Customer Success Specialist

Process Type: Non-Voice Process

Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

  • Manage all customer communication with appropriate etiquette, timeliness, and professionalism.
  • Work towards achieving agreed operational targets.
  • Demonstrate confidence and willingness to resolve customer requests or queries.
  • Adhere to Quality & Compliance Guidelines.

Working Hours:

  • 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs.
  • Willingness to work on the night shift.
  • Cab will be provided for night shift employees.

Who Can Apply:

  • Candidates with good English communication skills, particularly in written communication.
  • Must have good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Candidates passionate about building a career in the service industry.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in International BPO or freshers (2024 passing out can apply).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
