SPS Training Academy is hiring Customer Success Specialist
Process Type: Non-Voice Process
Location: Chennai
Job Summary:
- Manage all customer communication with appropriate etiquette, timeliness, and professionalism.
- Work towards achieving agreed operational targets.
- Demonstrate confidence and willingness to resolve customer requests or queries.
- Adhere to Quality & Compliance Guidelines.
Working Hours:
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs.
- Willingness to work on the night shift.
- Cab will be provided for night shift employees.
Who Can Apply:
- Candidates with good English communication skills, particularly in written communication.
- Must have good typing speed and accuracy.
- Candidates passionate about building a career in the service industry.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in International BPO or freshers (2024 passing out can apply).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
