Job Description:

Speridian is hiring Customer Support Representative.

Should be doing Voice & email support to the international Customers

Mainly in to Healthcare process

Should be doing pure Customer Service

Working knowledge of email, Excel and Word.

Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times

This position is about much more than following a phone script or transferring calls.

Communicate with insurance companies if needed

Should be willing to work in the pure night shift

Preferred skills:

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent command over English (written & verbal)

Willing to work in pure night shifts.
