Job Description:

Spawoz is hiring Finance Executive/Senior Finance Executive

Qualification : M.com/MBA/CA Intermediate
Experience : Minimum 2+ years

Key Responsibilities

Providing reports or confirmation to the internal tax and regulatory team on timely filing of returns. Correspondingly, verification of those returns filed with the tax authorities at regular intervals.

Assisting in preparation of annual financial statements along with the compilation of audit schedules.

Issuing tax certificates to vendors and employees before the stipulated timelines.

Managing invoicing sales and services, TDS payment and return, and financial support.

Interaction with various external service providers like professionals, vendors, bankers, auditors etc.

Properly following the internally defined guidelines/ procedures and suggesting improving efficiencies.

Forecast and track key account metrics

Following up with the administration team for smooth functioning

Coordinating with our operating banks for timely payments/transactions.

GST filing and all other statutory filings

Inward and outward remittance

Skills Required

Minimum 1+ years of IT industry experience.

Tax audit of Individuals, firms & Pvt. Ltd. companies

GST filing of Individuals, firms & Pvt. Ltd. companies, Direct Taxation work

Strong verbal and written communication skill

Should be proven experience as accounts assistant or finance executive job role.

Time management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Flexible, committed and driven.

Influence senior leaders in setting direction for their functional areas by linking finance and business strategies to optimize finance dealings.
