Job Description:

Sibca is hiring Sr Service Engineer-ELV.

Responsibilities:

• Perform periodic and preventive and corrective maintenance

• Maintain accurate site records; monitor the performance of equipment and notify Team Leads of recurring problems

• Ensure industry and local physical security processes are followed

• Ensure timely response to attend and finish customer calls and emails to meet service level agreements

• Log errors and resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks

• Monitor the performance of existing systems and identify potential upgrades/updates 

 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's in Engineering in Electrical/Electronics

• Minimum 5 to 6 years of work experience
