Job Description.

Recruitment of the General Insurance Advisors/Agents.

Preparing monthly plans of business and implementing them for achievement of desired performance.

Training the Advisors/ Agents, about products of the company.

Developing the full potential of the team of Agents under you, so that each one of them achieves their respective targets.

To generate new business in the field of Motor and Non-Motor Insurance.
